Celery & Green Apple Refreshing Juice

  • 4 stalks of celery
  • 2 medium green apples
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
  • 1 cup of cold water
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ginger (optional)

Instructions:

  • Wash the celery stalks thoroughly and chop them into smaller pieces.
  • Core and chop the green apples into quarters, keeping the skin on for added nutrients.
