Carrot, Pineapple, & Lemon Detox Juice

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium carrots
  • 1 cup of fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 whole lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
  • 2 cups of cold water
  • Ice cubes to serve

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Juicer
  • Measuring cup
  • Cutting board
  • Knife

Instructions:

  • Wash the carrots thoroughly and peel them if desired.
  • Cut the carrots into smaller pieces for easier juicing.
  • In the juicer, add the carrot pieces and fresh pineapple chunks.
  • Squeeze the juice of one whole lemon into the mixture.
  • Add honey to taste if you prefer a sweeter juice.
  • Pour the juice into a measuring cup and dilute with 2 cups of cold water for the desired consistency.
  • Serve over ice cubes in glasses for a refreshing detox drink.
