Beetroot & Apple Cleanser Juice

Ingredients:

• 200g of beetroot
• 2 medium-sized apples
• 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
• 250ml of water
• 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
• Ice cubes (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

• Juicer
• Knife
• Cutting Board
• Measuring Cups

Instructions:

• Wash the beetroot and apples thoroughly under running water.
• Peel and chop the beetroot into smaller pieces for easier juicing.
• Core and chop the apples into quarters without peeling them.
• In the juicer, add the chopped beetroot and apples along with the water.
• Juice until smooth, adding more water if needed to achieve the desired consistency.
• Stir in the lemon juice and honey, if using, for added flavor.
• Serve immediately over ice cubes if you prefer it chilled.
