Blueberry & Banana Protein Milkshake

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 200g of blueberries
  • 300ml of milk (or almond milk for a lighter version)
  • 2 scoops of protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender
  • Measuring cup
  • Spoon
  • Glass

Instructions:

  • Peel the ripe bananas and break them into chunks.
  • Add the bananas, blueberries, milk, and protein powder into the blender.
  • If you prefer a sweeter taste, add honey to the blender.
  • Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • If desired, add ice cubes for a colder, thicker shake and blend again until combined.
  • Pour the milkshake into two glasses and serve immediately.
