Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of water
  • 3 tablespoons of miso paste
  • 200g of firm tofu, cubed
  • 1 cup of dried seaweed (wakame), soaked and drained
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Whisk

  • Chopping Board

Instructions:

  • In a pot, bring the water to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  • Once boiling, reduce heat to low and whisk in the miso paste until fully dissolved.
  • Add the cubed tofu to the pot and cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.
  • Stir in the soaked seaweed and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Add soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well to combine.
  • Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
