Pineapple & Ginger Morning Energizer Juice

Ingredients:

  • 300g of fresh pineapple, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, grated
  • 500ml of cold water
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Juicer
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Measuring Cup
  • Glass

Instructions:

  • Start by preparing the fresh pineapple. Peel and chop it into smaller pieces.
  • Grate the fresh ginger using a grater or microplane.
  • In a juicer, combine the chopped pineapple, grated ginger, and cold water.
  • Juice the mixture until smooth and well combined.
  • If using, add honey to taste and stir until dissolved.
  • Optionally, pour the juice over ice cubes in glasses.
  • Garnish with mint leaves if desired and serve immediately.
